          Certified Massage Therapist, CA works with 20 years of experience in a clinic setting, including Physical Therapy and Chiropractic.  Her credentials include that of Reiki Mastership, training in myofascial release, cranial sacral, reflexology, shiatsu, combined with an ongoing education in all areas of bodywork.
 
    Physical Therapy is an all inclusive process.  After an injury or surgery or any debilitating disease, the body must be strengthened.  Hoverer, if the muscles are rigid from an injury or guarding because of pain, it is difficult for the patient to perform strengthening processes.  Muscles spasms also cause vertebral compressions and nerve impingement.  That is where Cathleen is very intuitive and competent in performing with years of experience assisting.  Physical Therapists with the strengthening and rebuilding processes needed to recover from injuries and surgery.
 
      Another often overlooked aspect for healing is the root cause.  As a Certified Past Life Regressions, Cathleen has years of experience finding when , where and how this effect has been created and the ability to take this participant through the aspects of relieving and renewing the true cause and effect.

I teach gentle Hatha yoga for beginners - children, pre-natal, post-natal, adults and seniors all around
the Verde Valley.

 

   Carol Oveross was born and raised in New York City AKA "The Big Apple." At the age of 13, she and her family moved to the West Coast, where she continued developing her artistic skills. Since receiving her degree in Fashion Illustration in Los Angeles, she has shown her artwork at various exhibitions in California and Arizona.

   Carol is also a certified Yoga Teacher, instructing gentle yoga classes weekly throughout the Verde Valley, which gives her graceful figures as additional inspiration for other sketching subjects.  She has practiced yoga for over 20 years.  She has been teaching her gentle Hatha yoga classes to all level(Adults, Children, Pre-natal andpost -natle) all ove the verde valley.

    Today, she is a new Arizona resident facilitating a sketching class for the OLLI program (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) entitled "Create your own Sketching Journal" at Yavapai College in Clarkdale.
