Purpose of Integra™
The purpose of
the curriculum is to assure that upon completion of the course of study
which is four quarters, and in conjunction with home study, written
homework and mentoring sessions, the student should be able to:
Ø
Implement healing
techniques and protocols drawn from eastern, western modern and
indigenous cultures;
Ø
Incorporate principles of
the subtle anatomy into healing modalities such as functions of the
chakras, levels of the auric field, body language, meridians and
energetic defense systems as they relate to the mind, body, spirit and
will; and recognize high sense perceptions and determine how they can be
used to enhance healing skills;
Ø
Connect with energetic
applications of the resources of the unconscious mind through
communication skills from Neuro Linguistic Programming, metaphor and
deep relaxation techniques from Alchemical Hypnotherapy, dream work and
shamanism;
Ø
Utilize basic concepts of
energetic postures as an efficient means of obtaining and transferring
energy for healings;
Ø
Acquire an integrative
approach to working with clients through monthly mentoring sessions with
school faculty, class material, acquired skills and personal work;
Ø
Identify professional
ethics, limitations and legal responsibilities as they apply to self and
others;
Ø
Develop in the first
quarter a personal health plan based on class room information, monthly
mentoring sessions and acquired skills; and
Ø
Generate a personal,
holographic plan in the second quarter that explores the student’s
relationships with others. This plan will be developed utilizing Neuro
Linguistic Programming, Bioenergetics, personal myth and monthly
mentoring sessions.
