Integra™ was transformational for me…gently assisting and encouraging
me to
explore the uncharted territory of my life and finding not only
who I am, but
what I could be.
Discovering the purpose of being here NOW.
Integra™ came into my life when the world around me was crazy (not unlike the
world many of us are facing today). What once made sense was no longer. My
life had turned
upside down. I was in a crumbling marriage. My husband was an alcoholic
and I was a classic codependent.
Then the unimaginable happened.
I came
home one day after work, exhausted and distraught, to find my husband had taken
his own life. I was thrown into complete darkness. What little I had left of
my sanity
from the collapsing marriage, was suddenly taken away.
Nothing made sense. I was numb… in shock…floundering.
Without choice, I was thrown into the realms of healing - Now a necessity of
survival.
If I was to live again, I needed to heal. If I could be happy again,
I needed to find a way back to my true self.
In the
mosaic of my life, the pieces had crumbled to the ground and a few pieces were
taken away. I was left with the option of rebuilding the mosaic as
it was earlier with pieces now missing,
creating a picture with holes, or to create a whole new mosaic. This is when
Integra™
entered my life and gave me the resources needed to create a completely new
mosaic
of my life – one that could be happy and whole.
In studying the energetics of the body I learned a new level of
healing that now
expands to every aspect of my life.
I was transformed.
